Were seeking a Process, Change and Governance Manager at Barclays to act as a key utility partner to front-line teams – providing subject matter expertise on processes, procedures, risk and control frameworks and change initiatives. This is a highly visible role that bridges operational execution and strategic transformation, ensuring that client journeys are mapped, optimised and managed within a robust control environment.
To be successful as a Process, Change and Governance you should have experience with:
Excellent understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle processes, from origination to servicing and distribution.
Project management experience, with a track record of delivering change and transformation in a complex operational environment.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Purpose of the role
To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.Monitoring the banks lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.Assistant Vice President Expectations
