WHAT TO EXPECT

Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones. Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to senior management.

Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets and ensure production readiness for all launch milestones. Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics to Senior Production Leader. Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the production line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance to resolve constraints and optimize throughput. Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing System (GMS) and Quality Operating System (QOS) standards. Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures. Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements aligned with business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

Leadership in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of safety systems and production processes. Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools. Experience in manpower planning and team development. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., GMS, PDCA, CCAR).
