The Process Operator is critical in the successful operation of the plant and provides support in all areas of production.

Hourly rate: £12.92 + Shift premium

What you’ll do:

Responsible for day-to-day analysis and consequent actions aiming to improve process stability. Work with the team (Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Engineering) to ensure all products are produced to the defined specifications. Perform regular housekeeping activities to ensure longevity of equipment, including listening and performing visual checks so that any abnormal issues are detected and addressed and report equipment failure.

What you’ll bring:

Relevant work experience within a manufacturing environment. Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. Positive outlook with a can-do attitude. Approachable and able to work in a team or be self-motivated to work alone.
