Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technician in the Process Operations Department, you will be an integral part of a skilled team responsible for achieving and exceeding production targets. Reporting to the LCO Core Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Safety and Quality Focus: Actively promote and uphold a strong safety culture, adhering to high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and 5S principles.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage process orders effectively using SAP systems, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures concerning Food Safety, GMP, Customer Codes of Practice, Health & Safety, Environment, and operating practices.
- Performance Contribution: Play a vital role in contributing to site Key Performance Indicators and Tactical Implementation Plans, driving continuous improvement.
