CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. Youll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day.
Our Process Services team sits at the heart of change and process improvement within Co-op – and youll be a key part of it – creating the building blocks for our future ways of working, and bringing benefit to our business, members, and customers. Itll be your job to lead and develop our Process Improvement Analysts & Process Monitoring Coordinators for monitoring and process improvement. If youve got process and monitoring experience, alongside fantastic networking skills, then we can offer you the opportunity to shape the future of Co-op and really make an impact across our business.What youll do• Lead a team to carry out monitoring and process improvement, making sure that the team are skilled and equipped with the relevant skills and business analysis methodologies, to help them understand problems and develop solutions documenting as-is and to-be processes to company standards to support the understanding• Be accountable for the business process repository structure (Taxonomy) and documentation standards (BPMN) • Oversee all Process Services business requirements from start to finish• Chair requirements forums, making sure that all requirements are captured accurately properly• Take responsibility for the initial stages of problem analysis, managing first line support analysts in categorising and responding to issues This role would suit people who have• Strong experience of managing large teams working in process analysis and compliance monitoring• A background in managing business process Taxonomies and standards• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and “DMAIC” methodologies• The ability to build relationships and engage with a variety of people in different parts of the business to senior level• The ability to influence internal partners and drive leaders to accept, own, and resolve compliance and performance issues• An outwardly focused approach with excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team to collaborate and network across the business
