Salary: £24,511.50 Shift Pattern: 37.5 per week shift pattern 4on 4off (A2 Shift)

As a Product Support Operative joining our Customer Repair Centre at Newark you’ll screen and grade TV’s & Monitors that are returned from our customers to be sold on.

You’ll carry out in depth testing of products to assess the standard or quality of the returned products ensuring the customer is at the heart of the business.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: •Grading and screening of multiple manufacturers’ TV’s and Monitors •Factory Resetting products as and when required •Moving of heavy units and pallets •We deal with very heavy units so all health & safety procedure to be fully complied with. •Helping to achieve your own and your department’s set targets for productivity and quality of work within each functional area to deadlines You will need:

•To be competent in the basic use of of desktops •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and (ideally) use of internal systems such as Myriad, Pie etc •Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with different departments •Awareness of Health & Safety and Electrical Safety We know our people are the secret to our success.
