Working with our production casts based at our Academy rehearsal studio, this role assists with the day-to-day administration and operations offering a variety of co-ordination tasks both in the office and hands on in the studio. The Production Assistant is the perfect opportunity for someone to blend their passion for Entertainment with their excellent organisational skills in a role where you really are at the heart of a busy production environment.
Key accountabilities for Production Assistant include:
Provide administration and production paperwork for the onboarding process, ensuring cast members are fully compliant before embarking the ship. Liaise with Corporate Travel & Port agents to arrange all travel & logistics for the creative teams travelling onboard the ships for production show installs. Support cast filming days within our in-house studio, setting up and operating PA and filming equipment. Maintain and prepare all set and props required for rehearsals, ensuring they are ready for the start of each day.This role is classified as CUK13 and is available on a full-time permanent basis.
Please note this role is an onsite role based at our Academy Studios in Southampton.
