Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Target Achievement: Drive performance to meet all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets for your assigned Value Stream.
• Compliance & Safety: Uphold company and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Strategic Planning: Conduct short, medium, and long-term load and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
• Financial Management: Set, manage, and control the budget for your Value Stream, including headcount, productivity, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 individuals, fostering employee development through active coaching and engagement.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion and implement business improvements that enhance overall business results and customer satisfaction.
