Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Target Achievement: Drive performance to meet all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets for your assigned Value Stream.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold company and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct short, medium, and long-term load and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
- Financial Management: Set, manage, and control the budget for your Value Stream, including headcount, productivity, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 individuals, fostering employee development through active coaching and engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion and implement business improvements that enhance overall business results and customer satisfaction.
