Production Shift Manager

Job at 2 Sisters Food Group in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be a key part of the operations team responsible for the production of high-quality chilled products across a fast paced food manufacturing business.You will be leading a shift team consisting of 3 direct reports (Area Leaders), with an overall headcount of up to around 40 people during peak periods. As a crucial member of the manufacturing management team, you will also have full site responsibility during the nightshift and at weekends.
