Job Description: Job Title Programme & Change Execution Location London Corporate Title Assistant Vice President You will be joining the Solution Authority team within the GTI Transformation Office area as âProject & Change Leadâ. You will support the delivery of GTI's transformation strategy, ensuring lineage across projects integrated plans, transformation outcomes, as well as key risks, issues, and dependencies. You will manage cross-functional relationships across GTI's strategy execution portfolios and coordination functions, ensuring alignment throughout the transformation's vision, value, and execution activities. Integrate and consolidate financial, infrastructure and project related data to identify trends, generate actionable insights for decision-makers, and ensure alignment with business cases objectives across transformation initiatives Provide key reporting inputs to the relevant governance forums to report delivery updates and potential deviations in execution from the GTI strategy. Lead gap analysis activities vs. original strategy definitions to mobilise the required governance forums and resolve unsubstantiated benefits and deviations from plan. Support the build and maintenance of GTI's transformation value case, assisting the definition of costs to achieve, financial benefits, and transformation outcomes and KPIs. Your skills and experience Technical and highly complex delivery experience in banking sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Ability to write business requirements and work collaboratively with IT delivery partners to propose solutions and phasing of deliveries. Structured, organised and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail. Experience querying large datasets (e.g., SQL, Hue, Impala, Python) to test/analyse content and present data analysis How weâll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career.
