Project Analyst (Belfast)

The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Team sits within the Project Management Control Effectiveness division as part of the Organization Project Management Office (Org PMO). PQA is responsible for reviewing the Book of Work for completion of required documents and their timelines.

The IT Project Analyst is a trainee professional role. Documents are scoped and reviewed as they are completed in the Project Tracking System. Review results drive remediation actions. Continuous improvement of the PQA framework and knowledge sharing with the Project Management Community are key areas of focus.

Responsibilities

Performing quality reviews and enforcement of quality standards against the PM proceduresAddressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiorsDocumenting quality assurance activitiesMaking recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

Experience in a relevant role, ideally with some Quality Review dutiesStrong communication skills both written and verbal.Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements.Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
