We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the next phase of our Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS) journey in Aftermarket Operations. The Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, improvement and compliance of the C6 (Support customer operations) and elements of C5 (Produce and supply solution) in the RRMS. This role combines project management expertise with governance oversight, change management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead the planning and delivery of C6 updates & change requests in RRMS, ensuring they meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Monitor project performance, implementing improvements where necessary to optimise efficiency. Governance & Compliance: Develop, maintain, and update governance documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies, processes and regulations. Establish and implement Community of Practice with all Process Subject Matter Experts (SME) for project governance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Coordinate compliance checks, addressing any identified gaps or risks. Key Skills & Experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Programme management discipline to develop and execute a programme of work. Previous experience in a relevant discipline, preferably with an understanding of the Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS - Aris). We are an equal opportunities employer.
