WHAT TO EXPECT

As the Senior Process Leader, you will oversee the Quality Assurance activities and compliance reporting functions in support of the Quality Assurance Manager and the company as a whole.

The role will assist the deployment and improvement of the Quality Assurance based on ISO/IATF16949 standard as required across PTO EPMC to allow them to focus on current/new manufacturing activities whilst this role drives the organisation to ensure that events are undertaken with robustness and integrity. We are moving to electric propulsion systems alongside engines, you will help to develop the Quality Management System to accommodate the new electric vehicles.

You will grow and develop within this role as the Quality Department grows and matures. This is a key position within the Quality Department and EPMC UK as a whole and the scope of work will be varied and demanding. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities • Maintain a Quality Management System across all functions within EMC, following ISO/IATF16949 standard • Assist the deployment of QMS within EPMC • Monitor, assure and assess to the rest of the areas in terms of document control process, internal audits and everything related with the compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 • Generate reports and documentation for senior reviews • Internal audit plan to designated areas and processes in all the different phases WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Understanding of ISO/IATF16949 standard automotive • Experience of working with MS Excel & MS Office 2010 applications • Quality Management System monitoring and maintenance • Familiarisation with all aspects of core tools which includes APQP and PPAP • Knowledge of a mature Quality Management System
