What youll do:

Conduct quality control testing in accordance with cGXP standards, ensuring reliable and precise data to support product release and scientific investigations.Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience while following strict methodologies to carry out analyses.Lead and support Quality Control investigations, collaborating with key departments such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain.Utilize your developing expertise in Quality Control instrumentation to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing laboratory processes.Participate in LEAN initiatives to continuously enhance efficiency and sustainability, showcasing your commitment to improvement.Engage in data analysis, data retention, and reporting, contributing honest insights to benefit team strategies.Support and respond to regulatory inspections.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:Degree level or equivalent in a scientific discipline.Desirable:Experience in GMP/GLP environments and understanding of Quality Control testing techniques. Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is advantageous, especially for those with backgrounds in analytical chemistry or molecular biology.
