Your Role and Impact:

As a Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in upholding world-class manufacturing standards. Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, you will be empowered to lead quality initiatives, tackle complex challenges, and actively support the launch of new projects. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will influence strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement, ultimately delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities You'll Own:

  • Ensure strict adherence to IATF 16949, ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain and update critical quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Perform and oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities for both current production and new project launches.
  • Conduct and manage Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies to validate the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems.
  • Analyze SPC/MSA results, identify emerging trends, and lead thorough root cause investigations for any deviations.
  • Champion structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and DMAIC.
  • Implement effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues and enhance process stability.
  • Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables for new product introductions.
  • Collaborate proactively with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns efficiently.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports to management, driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate:

We are seeking individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for quality. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across departments and with external partners.
  • A solid analytical mindset honed through at least 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with core quality tools, including FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and MSA.
  • A good understanding of IATF standards and various problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, coupled with a genuine passion for driving continuous improvement.
