We provide the best logistics services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span>Please note: DHL Internal applications close 10/04/2025</span></strong></em></p> <p></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p><span>In a fast paced and busy environment, you will be responsible for leading the training function for all staff across the site in order to maintain effective day to day operations.</span><span>Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will be someone who communicates effectively, demonstrate personal drive and integrity, and work productively with others.</span></p> <p><span>Duties will include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Ensure the timely training of staff (Casuals and Full times) in line with SOP's</span></li> <li><span>Licence/ compliance management</span></li> <li><span>Liaison with internal and external stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Maintenance of training registers to ensure accuracy</span></li> <li><span>Provide clear direction to stakeholders including development of goals and setting expectations</span></li> <li><span>Consult with customer to ensure needs are being met</span></li> </ul> <p></p><h2>Requirements</h2><ul> <li><span>Proven experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment (Retail preferred)</span></li> <li><span>Superior attention to detail</span></li> <li><span>Excellent working knowledge of WMS and MS Office applications</span></li> <li><span>Self motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills both written and verbal</span></li> <li><span>Effective time management, organisation skills and ability to priorities tasks</span></li> </ul>
