As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing the annual sales plan and achieving targeted customer and product sales volumes. What You'll Bring to the Team:

LyondellBasell is looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong drive for results, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are adept at building and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university or college degree in Business Administration, or a bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering. A master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of plastics processing and familiarity with ISO9001 & IATF16949 are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP R/3, and Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to settle differences constructively and build trust quickly.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning about LYB products and services to articulate strong value propositions.
  • Fluency in English.
