What the Role Entails:

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and analysis of Discrete Choice Experiments (DCEs) and economic evaluations. Your responsibilities will span the entire research lifecycle, including:

  • Developing and undertaking DCEs and economic evaluations for a variety of research projects.
  • Contributing to the development of funding proposals, analysis plans, and ethics applications.
  • Designing, conducting, and analysing DCEs and economic evaluations.
  • Collecting, organising, and managing research data in line with governance instructions and data protection legislation.
  • Disseminating research findings through publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences.
  • Supporting teaching activities in Health Economics at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
  • Contributing to the broader activities of the Health Economics Group and the Population Health Sciences Institute.
