We are looking for an experienced researcher to join the Haematology Lived Experience and Outcomes: HALO study team funded by Leeds Hospitals Charity. HALO is an exciting research study which aims to define the length and quality of survival from life threatening haematological conditions diagnosed in childhood.  Specifically, the project will explore adult health outcomes of children and young people diagnosed with acute leukaemia, Beta-thalassaemia and Sickle cell disease. We will utilise regional and national population-based routinely collected administrative health and Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)/quality of life data.

The post holder will be responsible for:

ongoing co-ordination and delivery of the multi-hospital site PROMs studyleading the analyses of the PROM datathe preparation of reports and papers disseminating the study findings

The successful applicant will have a strong previous track record of both successfully delivering research in healthcare settings and experience in analysing quality of life/patient reported outcome questionnaire data.
