Job Description

In our pursuit of excellence within our maritime department, we're seeking an individual for our Risk & Investigations Manager position. At our core, we believe in the strength of a diverse and skilled team to drive our business forward. Your skills and qualifications are valuable to us.

Key accountabilities include:•    Lead and conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents•    Publish detailed investigation reports and recommendations in Global HESS and share findings with relevant stakeholders•    Follow-up actions related to investigations and ensure these are tracked and closed as required by the responsible person(s)•    Coordinate with Carnival's Incident Advisory Group, attending meetings and working groups 

Position RequirementsOur ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the maritime team, but also a passion for the industry and a keen eye for detail. Your professional certifications will be the foundation of your role within our team. 

Required Qualifications and Skills•    Technical or Deck Officer COC qualifications•    Lead investigator experience•    Proven record of implementation of an electronic incident management database/system.
