The Sales Enablement Director will enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritise enablement needs. Design and support delivery of training programs, including onboarding, product training, and sales skills development. Create and maintain sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, guides, and presentations. Working with TD SYNNEX Vendors, support Sales activities through collaboration with Sales Management to execute Vendor programmes, Sales activities and Growth strategies. Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies. Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements. Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the BOP team to implement and support the review process and execute actions and activities to support revenue and GP growth. Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales management team. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement. Digital and eCommerce Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital sales enablement strategies to support TD SYNNEX Digital programs such as PACE, Diamonds and Customer Satisfaction. Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive and improve customer adoption of digital tools. Drive customer efficiency by maximizing EDI, Intouch and AI to help reduce our cost to serve and increasing sales Create and maintain digital sales enablement materials, including online training modules and digital sales playbooks. Monitor and analyse digital sales performance and provide insights to improve online sales strategies. Ensure the sales team is trained on eCommerce platforms and digital sales techniques. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience is required. >3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees is required. Proven experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience in the technology or software industry.
