School Operational Support Officer

Are you an enthusiastic, well organised individual with excellent administrative and communication skills? Can you make a positive contribution to our team and deliver excellent support to the School’s Operational Service? 

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to play a key supporting role in the School Operational Service (SOS) team in the School of Chemical and Process Engineering as well as providing administrative support to the school’s Director of Student Education. You will be first point of contact for the team for many day-to-day tasks, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong administrative skills are essential requirements for the role.

As you will be working with a variety of colleagues, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role, with the ability to deal with varied tasks, identify priorities and work under pressure to tight timescales.

This role will be based at the university of Leeds campus and there is scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
