About the Role:
As a Falcon Complete Security Advisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the overall health and security posture of CrowdStrike's Falcon Complete customers. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, security acumen, and exceptional customer management skills. You'll be at the forefront of guiding clients towards a secure and successful experience with the Falcon Complete platform, directly contributing to CrowdStrike's core mission of stopping breaches.
What You'll Be Doing:

Assessing Customer Environments: You'll meticulously evaluate customer Falcon environments to ensure they align with established Falcon Complete standards.

Providing Security Recommendations: Offer actionable recommendations to customers to enhance their security posture and leverage CrowdStrike products more effectively.

Proactive Outreach: Directly engage with customers upon identifying any misalignment with Falcon Complete standards, fostering a proactive security approach.

Issue Resolution and Documentation: Document, update, and resolve customer-related issues efficiently, adhering to established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver insightful service reports and statistics to customers as requested, demonstrating value and progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal CrowdStrike teams, including support, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and swift resolution of technical challenges.
What You'll Need:

Customer Focus: A strong sense of customer empathy and the ability to guide clients towards desired security outcomes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for effective customer-facing interactions.

Technical Proficiency: Adeptness in managing and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.

Security Foundations: Experience or demonstrated knowledge in threat detection and incident response.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with Incident Management and CSIRT operations.

Understanding of Change Management processes.

Knowledge in areas like Malicious Code: Detection and Response, Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR), and Intrusion Detection and Response.

Proven experience working with complex and sophisticated clients.
