Commercial Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE The Commercial Analyst role will be an important part of helping the Credit & Banking value stream deliver on its key objectives, in particular ensuring trade and profitability targets are met, while ensuring excellent customer outcomes. Responsibilities will include managing key business processes, assisting in planning, delivering and analysing campaigns, and supporting proposition development projects. The role will report into the Credit Cards and Loans team, but the role will have key responsibilities, exposure and opportunities across other products within the Credit & Banking value stream including Point of Sale Credit and foreign exchange propositions. The C&B value stream is one half of our overall Financial Services business, with the Insurance value stream representing the other half. . Expected salary - £40,800 - £51,000 (dependent on experience). Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract. Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Credit Cards team aim for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. Location - This role is based at our Pimlico Head Office. Key responsibilities Planning, delivery and analysis of acquisition and existing customer campaigns Support on proposition development and product launches Manage business processes including invoice reconciliation and month end processes Governance, MI collation and risk and control management Completion of regular competitor and market analysis Essential skills/experience you’ll need Experience and good understanding of financial services products Working within a high performing team Communicating with senior audiences and stakeholders Desirable skills/experience you may have Previous work experience within a financial services environment Understanding of financial services regulatory environment #LI-HEADOFFICE #LI-HYBRID #LI-REMOTE .
