Team/Role Overview

Institutional Credit Management provides integrated end-to-end credit underwriting and credit risk management for Citis wholesale businesses. This data-analytics focused product development role will execute credit risk target state processes, data & technology capabilities. Based in London, col-located with Citis Senior Risk Officers, this role will position the right candidate for significant future growth potential in Data, Product Development and Credit Risk.

What youll do

Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards to support credit risk teams in monitoring and analyzing key metricsCollect, clean, and analyse data related to credit risk - utilizing a data driven approach to determine the optimal solutions to meet strategic requirementsIdentify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to business stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive development of new products and/or features and functionality of products Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, as well as the data & analytics subject matter expect (SME), providing regular updates on project progress and addressing feedback independentlyProactively identify opportunities to enhance products and processes to improve efficiency and decision-makingInteract with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy

What well need from you

Experience in contributing to a data/analytic capability in a financial institution Foundational understanding of credit risk concepts and the ability to translate complex risk data into meaningful insights for stakeholdersStrong experience with data visualization tools and best practices (ideally using Tableau)An ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python Experience with low-code Extract Transform and Load (ETL) applications is preferrable(for example, Tableau Prep or Alteryx)Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectivelyA proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly analytical & creative mindset
