Must-Have Technical Expertise:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands-on experience developing cloud solutions on the AWS data platform, with a demonstrable track record of achieving business success through these implementations.
• A deep understanding of AWS services and distributed computing paradigms.
• Proficiency in designing and developing data ingestion programs for large datasets in batch mode, utilizing tools such as Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Experience in developing data ingestion programs for real-time data from live sources, leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka and Spark Streaming.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.

Highly Valued Additional Skills:

• Experience working within the financial services industry, understanding its unique demands and regulatory landscape.
