The Opportunity:

This permanent, full-time position is based in one of SSEN Transmission's key Scottish locations: Glasgow, Perth, Inverness, or Aberdeen. You will be instrumental in delivering innovative HVDC and HVAC cable systems, working on projects that span both marine and terrestrial environments.

Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

• Required Expertise: Candidates should possess a BEng/BSc (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline and demonstrate proven technical expertise in HVDC or HVAC transmission cable project development and delivery.
• Contractual & Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with ECC contracts and CDM regulations, particularly in the roles of Supervisor and Principal Designer, is essential.
