Senior Head of Delivery

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £60,000.00 to £68,000.00, dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience

Location: Birmingham or London only, (hybrid working - 3 days on-site each week and an expectation to travel across all delivery areas regularly)

1st stage interviews: 2nd and 3rd February over MS Teams

2nd stage interviews: 11th (Birmingham) 12th (London) in-person

As Senior Head of Delivery, you’ll drive ambitious plans, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure thousands of young people aged 11–30 gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.

This is a core leadership role overseeing delivery across Greater London, the South Coast, South West and West Midlands, with colleagues primarily based in Birmingham, London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bristol and Plymouth. You’ll shape strategy, manage significant budgets, and build strong partnerships across public, private, and voluntary sectors.

Please note: a minimum of three days on-site each week and frequent travel across delivery areas will be required.
