WHAT TO EXPECT

This role will be to look after the compliance of the Trim Maintenance departments, this consists of Internal and External Audits, Calibration of Equipment associated to maintenance, Organising and Raising training requests for the maintenance departments, Service level agreements, Budget control, Scorecard control. Environmental/ Legionella Rep for the Trim maintenance departments and responsibility of the smooth running of the Trim Dc Tooling Department.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

● Provide day to day support and guidance to the trim and final maintenance departments in regard to compliance. ● Provide support to the Dc tooling supervisor, in regard to ensuring calibration of tools is maintained and reacting to any Dc tooling alerts. ● Support the development of educational/training plans for maintenance personnel including delivery of technical, safety and process training programs ● Support the delivery of Health and Safety initiatives to maintain standards. ● Day to day management of waste within maintenance operations and continually seek efficiencies.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

● Previous experience in similar role including experience of supervising maintenance operational teams to meet targets in Manufacturing ● Knowledge of compliance and audit process. ● Knowledge of Calibration ● A’ Can-Do’ attitude, Be Conscientious and proactive, balancing many internal customer/business needs ● Relevant experience
