What youâll be doing: Build and deliver complex endâtoâend operating model change that enables BCB strategy and commercial outcomes Lead crossâfunctional initiatives, coordinating colleagues across Coverage, Product, Operations, Technology, Chief Controls Office, Risk, Finance, People & Places and Legal Influence and align stakeholders on direction of travel, communicating complex ideas in clear and compelling ways Apply structured problem solving using qualitative insight and data to drive decisions and measurable outcomes Connect the dots across diverse inputs to produce coherent designs, crisp narratives and succinct storytelling Manage multiple initiatives in a fastâpaced environment, balancing priorities to land the right solutions for customers and colleagues Why Lloyds Banking Group? What youâll need: Confirmed experience of designing and delivering operating model change within the financial services sector and ideally within BCB Proven track record of analysing complex issues and translating insights into practical, commercially aligned recommendations. Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and gaining alignment across diverse teams. Experience working in fastâpaced, transformationâfocused environments, balancing multiple priorities and leading initiatives concurrently. Ability to integrate insights from business inputs (customer, commercial, operational, risk, technology) to build coherent solutions and compelling storytelling. A collaborative leadership style, comfortable working across functions to shape and deliver crossâbusiness change.
