Product Designer Salary circa £65,000 6-Month FTC We are on the lookout for a Product Designer to join the User Centered Design team (UCD) here at Aviva. You will have a number of years' industry experience, working for known brands, and can demonstrate the great work you have recently undertaken. A bit about the job: The User Centred Design team defines how our customers, partners and employees interact with our products and services. As a Product Designer you will ensure that our products and features are not only easy to use and address customer needs, but also align to business strategy and objectives. You will be working on native applications for Apps therefore, experience with Android and iOS is essential. This role is available as a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract, ideally with the successful candidate starting at the end of April 2025 or before. Skills & experience we’re looking for: Strong experience in UX design methods and problem-solving skills, facilitating workshops and producing artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, experience maps, IA and prototypes. Strong experience in UI design methods and principles, including design systems for both web and app. Delivering pixel-perfect designs that adhere to Aviva brand guidelines and design standards. Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery, gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience. Collaborating closely with colleagues from across Aviva to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, including Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal Highly skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Optimal Workshop, and Adobe Analytics What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
