This position sits within the Ice Cream Global Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) Team in Colworth, Sharnbrook, UK. The successful candidate will work as part of the Digital and Data Team and work collaboratively with people across a range of roles in RD&I to support business as usual digital programme and the establishment of the new ice cream company. The applicant needs to employ system and business analysis skills and have a passion to embrace a Digital Mindset to support the Digital Agenda and create and co-develop new Digital Tools and solutions to support the needs of the RD&I community. The applicant will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different teams to deliver meaningful Business Impact through current and new Digital Tool development. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the delivery of the Ice Cream RD&I Digital Programme Support the establishment of the new RD&I digital stack: PLM system, LIMS/ELN, compliance solutions, modelling platforms, etc. Digitalisation of RD&I laboratories and pilot plants Explore, analyse and define digital workflows across RD&I Partner with global users, capability teams and third parties to define, create and co-develop digital systems with the end user needs and experience top of mind Change management and deliver support/training to users Support existing PLM programme to ensure business continuity Be part of the formation of the new D&D capability in RD&I ALL ABOUT YOU Critical Success Factors for the Job/ Key Skills Relevant Experience: Knowledge or expertise in core R&D systems (PLM, LIMS, AWS, Compliance) or experience in product development is preferred Good computer literacy/experience with proven ability to learn new systems Ability to work independently in a matrix structure with several partners Passion for learning, using and developing Digital Tools Ability to prioritize workload Leadership Behaviours Bias for Action Accountability and Responsibility Travel Requirements Occasional: < 1 week per year NOTES Please apply via this portal as e-mail applications may not be processed and include your Future Fit Plan if possible.
