Interviews are expected to be held week commencing 30 June 2025

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you a delivery-focussed project manager with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels? Can you provide specialist change, leadership, and project management skills to facilitate and lead change in areas often new to this discipline?

The University of Leeds is one of the top 135 universities in the world.  We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities.

The University is currently undertaking a range of large multi-million pound strategic programmes to support its strategic ambitions for student education, research and innovation, internationalisation, and digital change. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join one of the key strategic programmes supported by the University’s Transformation Office. Reporting into a Lead Programme Manager, you will work closely with Senior Sponsors, Business Leads, Technical Leads (the faculties, Transformation Office, IT, People & Change, and other services) to apply leadership, project and change management skills to plan, deliver and embed successful change. As a Senior Project Manager, you must be able to demonstrate significant experience in working at a senior level in delivering complex projects, ideally as part of a change programme. You will have the ability to balance priorities, navigate organisational challenges, and succeed through cooperation and collaboration.
