Capita is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales activities within our LPS business. This role involves direct liaison with customer accounts and responsibility for selling digital solutions, software, and people-based services. You will also manage new capabilities developed in line with Capita Client Value Propositions. This is an exciting role with scope for the right candidate to influence the future direction of the LPS proposition from Capita. The role is fully home based with some travel to client sites as and when needed. Job title: Senior Sales Operations Manager Job Description: What youâll be doing: Oversee all stages of the sales lifecycle from qualification to deal closure. Define and implement strategies for revenue growth, cross/upsell, and new logo acquisitions. Liaise directly with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. Support and occasionally lead opportunity identification efforts. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for implementation. Solve problems effectively, identifying areas to improve and resolve issues. Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency for sales leadership. Run analysis on key performance metrics, providing relevant insights for managing the business. Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams on CRM and Sales Automation tools. Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams. Project business outlook to inform headcount planning by segment and region. What weâre looking for: Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital solutions and software sales. Excellent communication and customer liaison skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement. Experience with CRM and Sales Automation tools.
