As a Senior Systems Integration Lead Engineer, you will:
- Lead critical engineering work packages within Radio Frequency Development projects, taking ownership from planning to execution.
- Drive integration and system engineering, ensuring the development of robust and effective solutions for current and future clients.
- Collaborate closely with multi-discipline engineers, subject matter experts, and the customer to mature and develop innovative approaches.
- Ensure technical authority for all integration activities.
- Spearhead Validation, Verification, Test, and Acceptance activities, maintaining meticulous traceability back to requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Manage customer liaison for all site integration activities, actively participating in the development, building, testing, and trialling of solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality project documentation.
- Report on technical delivery and output to Programme Engineering Managers.
- Lead and inspire junior systems engineers, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Essential Experience:
- Requirements writing, analysis, and management, particularly within an MoD context, is crucial.
- Proven experience in leading, planning, and delivering design build and integrate engineering projects, including management of schedule, risk, and assumptions.
- Demonstrable leadership experience to effectively task and guide engineering teams.
- Experience with power distribution, UPS, rack design layout, and cabling design.
- Full lifecycle, demonstrable System and solution architecture design and delivery experience.
- Familiarity with MoD installations in accordance with SCIDA requirements / JSP 604.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and technical report writing.
Qualifications:
- A Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
- HNC/HND with equivalent, relevant experience will be highly valued.
- Working towards or holding Incorporated/Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.
