• Ensuring High Standards: You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strategic Shutdown Planning: Play a vital role in regular plant shutdowns, collaborating closely with the Maintenance Team Engineer and Maintenance Operations Manager.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Investigate findings from Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and On-The-Run (OTR) assessments, and work with the Senior Mechanical Engineer to optimize shutdown activities and improve equipment performance.
• Ownership of Reliability: Take direct responsibility for the upkeep, performance, and overall reliability of essential equipment.
• Implementation of Strategies: Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of reliability strategies, preventative maintenance plans, and agreed engineering approaches.
