Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Cluster 2 - Service UK In line with Vestas quality, HSE and Operational procedures, you will provide management assistance to the UK Service Director and service assistance to the Service Manager and site team at North Hoyle. You will provide administrative, logistical and coordination support to the operations team within UK Offshore organization: Services windfarms in England, Scotland, and Wales. This position is a hybrid role based in Blyth with responsibilities split between the UK Offshore Service Director and North Hoyle offshore wind farm.
Responsibilities This position is a hybrid role based in Blyth with responsibilities split between the UK Offshore Service Director and North Hoyle offshore wind farm.
Assistance to the Service Director includes:
Calendar & Communication management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, responding to emails and forwarding messages appropriately Meeting coordination: Setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas and coordinating briefings, taking minutes, and following up on action items Expense reporting: Processing expense reports and maintaining expense tracking records Research and information gathering: Conducting research on various topics as needed by the managerService Assistant for North Hoyle includes:
Procurement Support & project support: facilitate site procurement activity using SAP and Ariba, assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks with team members Administrative Support: Conduct all necessary site administrative tasks including control of the staff manning plan, arrange transportation of materials, coordinate training bookings and manage a training matrix Data entry and analysis: Gathering and organizing data, creating spreadsheets, and performing basic analysisQualifications
IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Ariba) Good English skills both oral and written Full driver's license Administrative skills Experience in management assistant roles Financial insight Planning and coordinating experienceCompetencies On the personal level you have:
