Vendor Management - Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and that systems are pro-actively managed.
Monitor and manage IT Expenditure - ensuring Financial targets are met. Spot opportunities for cost saving and act upon them. Identify and manage any changes which could impact Service Operations costs.
Change Management – lead the business through IT change, aligning all Changes with organisational objectives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of service.
Asset Management – including Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Client Hardware & Software Process Management, Software Licensing Controls and auditing for compliance aligned to Rexel Group Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in Service Operations Management
Proven experience with IT Service Management Toolsets
Strong background in managing third-party vendors and service providers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
