Training – a dedicated high level training programme to reinforce the skills you already have and an opportunity to gain a qualification in another trade! You don’t have to come from a bus background (but we wouldn’t be put off if you did either!), but you will need to have an interest in working in an engineering technician field – if you like mucking in then this may be the job for you!
