Salary Hourly rate £19.43 overtime £20.93 weekend £24.06 Shift Coach Builder Stagecoach is looking for a friendly, experienced, reliable coach builder to join our engineering team in Northampton. What the job involves: Youâll probably already know the type of work youâll be doing coming from an engineering background. The focus is on maintaining and repairing our fleet Carrying out inspections of vehicles Routine diagnostic Undertaking roadside repairs Youâll need to be comfortable working under your own initiative, but still enjoy being part of a team supporting each other. There are several shift patterns worked: early, day and late. These are on a 5 over 7 rotating pattern. Donât worry if you arenât trained in the most up to date equipment, we can provide you with all the necessary training to support you in your day-to-day tasks. Ideally, youâll be a qualified PCV coach builder. However, car, HGV and similar backgrounds will also be considered. What you get: Pay is important, we have several rates depending on experience so there is always the opportunity to progress. For this job role we are offering the qualifying candidate an hourly rate of £19.43. However, it not all about the money!
