If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Join us in shaping the future of logistics and make a difference with DHL Supply Chain.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>✅</strong><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage operational performance, resource and workload planning on shift to achieve agreed KPI's on productivity, quality and cost</li> <li>Support, develop and performance manage the Team Leaders to drive a high performance culture and aligned approach at all times with all other Shift Managers</li> <li>Manage cost budget for own area and identify cost saving opportunities where appropriate</li> <li>Ensure that OMS routines, SOP's, SSOW and company policies and processes are being adhered to at all times and updated as required</li> <li>Understand the needs of the customer and put in place effective plans to deliver on set KPI's/targets</li> <li>Achievement of KPI's on productivity, quality and cost providing commentary and improvement plans where KPI's are not achieved</li> <li>Maintain a strong H&S culture on site.
