DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company and our people are the unsung heroes who keep the cogs turning and the country running smoothly. </p> <p>We're now looking for a Warehouse PM Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success.<strong> </strong>If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>To co-ordinate and lead the work activities of the shift, providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce.</li> <li>Manage own staff on shift to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity. </li> <li>Ensure that team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning is completed for all staff on shift.</li> <li>Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)</li> <li>Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI's.
