As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Create, own, plan and manage roadmap of initiatives and continuous improvements, to include both short term activities and 3YP strategic view • Management of Dependency - Own cross departmental and key supplier dependencies, ensure dependencies are re-aligned to reflect changes • Take ownership for key deliverables across the delivery lifecycle and apply appropriate methodologies to support the achievement of wider aims and objectives • Manage and communicate interdependencies clearly • Own and maintain the initiative budget and forecast • Communication and Stakeholder management – Lead, manage and direct effective stakeholder relationships across multiple groups to achieve buy-in • Manage Risk and Issues across projects
As a Delivery Manager in the data team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value initiatives across all areas of technology. You will work in collaboration with the business to understand their needs, drive results and deliver excellence.
You will need:
• Ideally 3 years Project management experience gained in a fast paced environment • Project Governance experience, you must be able to ensure a high standard of project governance is achieved • Excellent communication skills, you must be clear and competent about the expectations, goals, and responsibilities of the team • Effective problem solving skills, this project will require strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise throughout the project • Experience of budget management and financial forecasting • Ability to maintain integrity, ensuring that realistic and accurate estimates of costs, timescales, quality, and resource requirements are agreed upon and proactively managed through to project closure
