Job Title: Social-by-Design brands Insights Manager Location: 100ve, London JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social-by-Design Brands Insights Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative "social-by-design" brand strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's presence in the beauty and wellbeing world, driving brand equity, and fostering deep consumer connections. You will be instrumental in leveraging social-first insights to create culturally relevant brand experiences and drive tangible business impact. Key Responsibilities will include: Strategic Brand Building Lead the development of comprehensive "social-by-design" brand strategies in close partnership with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) and Global Brand teams. Ensure the articulation of distinctive brand differentiators and the cultivation of robust brand equity to elevate brand desirability and drive in-market growth. BrandVerse Architecture Architect the "brandVerse" by strategically utilizing social-first insights to inform brand positioning. Instill a profound cultural identity and foster authentic brand resonance that develops deep consumer connection and ignites memorable brand experiences. Communication Strategy & Desirability Drivers Define and codify key desirability drivers, translating them into a cohesive, multi-channel communication strategy that builds long-term brand equity. Business Impact & Social Insights Drive tangible BESS impact by integrating multi-source social-first insightsâchannel trends, beauty culture, desirability insights, and audience passion pointsâinto strategic brand activations during campaign ideation. Engagement & Content Strategy Identify and leverage pivotal engagement drivers within the beauty and wellbeing social world to create compelling content that builds brand affinity and drives audience interaction. Competitive Analysis & Optimization Lead strategic competitor analysis and identify key performance gaps in BESS measures in priority UL cells. Develop targeted optimization strategies to ensure brand salience and distinction. Best Practice Leadership Establish and lead a global BESS-best-practice sharing program, fostering collaboration and maximizing the impact of strategic insights. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience in brand strategy development, with a strong focus on social media and digital platforms. Deep understanding of social-first insights and their application in brand building. Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into impactful brand strategies and campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting competitive analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Experience within the Beauty and wellbeing market is a must. Desired Skills Expertise in social media analytics and insights platforms. Strong understanding of the emerging trends and consumer drivers in the B&W world. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. CMI & Digital Insights experience.
