Position overview:

As an Application Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions using Palantir Foundry. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to translate business needs into robust technical architectures that leverage Foundry’s capabilities in data integration, transformation, and operational decision-making.

Main Missions:

Architect end-to-end data solutions using Palantir Foundry, aligning with business goals and technical constraints. Design scalable and efficient data models and ontologies within Foundry. Define and oversee the development of data pipelines and workflows using Foundry’s Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories. Lead integration of external systems and APIs into Foundry for seamless data flow. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. Guide junior developers and engineers on Foundry best practices and architectural patterns. Design full-stack applications using Foundry’s Ontology and SDKs. Participates in developing application-based solutions to Lear use cases from initial concept / problem statement. Supports the development of a standard toolset to be used across Lear for data analysis and stakeholder presentation Works with technologies both new and old to integrate separate data feeds to transform and map into new scalable datasets. Ensuring documentation and procedures are maintained in accordance with internal practices (ITPM)

Key Skills and Qualifications:

REQUIRED TECHNICAL / PERSONNEL SKILLS :

Experience designing scalable data models and ontologies. Understanding of semantic data modelling and entity relationships. Familiarity with Foundry’s Ontology SDK, Pipeline Builder, and Code Workspaces. Experience integrating external systems and APIs into Foundry. Knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment techniques. Awareness of data privacy, access control, and compliance standards. Experience implementing role-based access and audit logging. Ability to break down complex problems and design scalable solutions. Strong decision-making based on data and business context. Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in writing documentation and presenting architectural decisions. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, business users). Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Willingness and flexibility to travel within the role.

ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPEIRENCE Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, or comparable Electronic Discipline. Experience with data for ML purposes and providing visualization methods that support the use of these tools Knowledge of architectural patterns for efficient UI development and execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor’s degree qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field Minimum of 3 years work experience within solution architecture. 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack development or related roles. Fluency in English language both written and verbal.
