We are looking for a new colleague in our department Information Technology within ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules. The position can be filled globally at a ZF Foxconn location, preferred location is Debrecen (Hungary).

What you can look forward to as Specialist (m/f/d) IT Vendor and License Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers based on the organization's requirements and objectives Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing terms to secure favorable vendor agreements, including performance reviews and issue resolution. Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, as well as renewals, end-of-life and overall usage to optimize license allocation and reduce costs Develop and implement a procurement strategy to acquire necessary IT assets and software licenses Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and recommend adjustments as needed including report of license usage and supports in audits Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, software licenses, procurement activities and cost savings Collaborate with stakeholders, like IT, business department heads and management to understand technology needs and requirements aligning with organizational goals and strategies Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and software licensing, including data security and compliance risks

Your profile as Specialist (m/f/d) IT Vendor and License Management:

Degree in information technology, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field Proven experience in IT vendor management, service management and software license management Strong negotiation and contract management skills Familiarity with software asset management tools Knowledge of industry best practices for IT procurement and vendor management Excellent Verbal and written English communication and collaboration skills As a benefit: Certifications such as Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), Certified Procurement Professional (CPP), or Certified Contract Manager (CCM) are a plus
