We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.</p> <p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p>A Sr Specialist Requirements and Release management supports the (Sr) Managers Reqs & Release Mgmt with the smooth and continuous run of the Digital Experience platform delivery. He/She is responsible for the implementation of change requests supporting their realization together with our respective technology providers.</p> <p><strong><u>Accountabilities:</u></strong></p> <ul><li>Collect change requests/ requirements for members of the Digital Experience Platform from various teams and stakeholders (BUs, countries) across the Group.</li><li>Support in the organization, clustering (e.g. content, technical features, etc.) and prioritize backlog with team members</li><li>Support in overall release process together with internal / external technology partners with team members</li><li>Support in the continous improvement of Platform Delivery processes</li><li>Support in the communication of platform backlog, roadmap planning and release noties to stakeholder community</li><li>Create and maintain test automation suites</li><li>Provide technical support to DHL content editorial community</li></ul>   <p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience in writing and managing requirements as well as follow-through of delivery through Quality assurance processes.</li><li>Some Experience in engaging stakeholders</li><li>Very good organizational and project management skills</li><li>High affinity to customer research and digital environments</li><li>Good understanding of DHL group, its customers and its products</li><li>Some Experience in working with third parties (e.g. agencies)</li><li>Team player, good communication skills and proactive behaviour</li></ul> <p><strong>Education/Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in IT, Digital marketing, Business Administration or similar</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of website technologies and CMS (Adobe AEM preferred)</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field</li></ul> <p><strong>Language Requirements:</strong></p><p>Fluency in English required, fluency in German preferred</p> <p><strong>Your benefits:</strong></p><p>We offer excellent employee benefits, a competitive salary package and great development opportunities.</p><p><strong>Your contact:</strong></p><p>Interested in this responsible position with its varied tasks?
