As a Stock Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a crucial role where your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities:

  • Conducting accurate and timely stock counts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Managing and maintaining Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring strict compliance with procedures.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Communicating significant stock variances to Stock and Warehouse Management.

Who You Are:

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have prior experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in stock or inventory management.
  • Are proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with team members and management.
  • Are comfortable and willing to operate scissor lifts and reach trucks (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime when required, supporting operational needs.
