Key Responsibilities & What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Managing stock issuance and ensuring product availability.
  • Sourcing and maintaining supplier catalogues and product reference materials.
  • Expediting outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Accurately recording incoming goods into the stock control system.
  • Processing and releasing back-ordered products.
  • Confirming customer deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensuring accurate completion and authorisation of documentation.
  • Completing stock deliveries within stringent company standards (within one working day of receipt).
  • Conducting regular stock checks and recording stock locations.
  • Managing stock adjustments and taking appropriate action.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the store.
  • Attending site meetings to discuss and resolve store-related issues.
  • Undertaking other duties consistent with the nature of the role.
