Student Accounts Controller

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for student support? Join our dynamic team as a Student Accounts Controller and play a vital role in managing tuition, accommodation, and other fees while ensuring a smooth financial experience for students and sponsors.

As Student Accounts Controller you can expect to be involved in:

Managing the collection of tuition and other fees and liaising with students and sponsorsSetting up payment plans and assisting students facing financial difficultiesOverseeing external reporting and statutory forms related to university feesManaging student finance records, including loans, discounts and refunds

What will you bring to the role?

Experience of working in a financial environmentKnowledge of administrative databasesExperience of working in a customer service environmentAbility to work flexibility under pressure, with minimal supervision
